  1. The bots in dungeons are still bugged so we will have to wait for next update... As for new medals, it would make sense to have SMTH pve oriented. The guild war was PvP (fighter, gladiator, destroyer sets), the guild hunt was DG PvE (pioneer, engineer, collector sets), so the next update should cover the third branch of gear (apprentice, adept, seer). Of course this is how it should work in theory. In reality people just go into most of these challenges with heavily upgraded PvP set, collector and seer being the outliers. And the design of new medals implies PvP. I really, really, REALLY hope that it is not just arenas. If this is arena, you are just lazy. Arenas already have leaderboards and seasons and to slap a medal achievement on top of that is not a contribution to the game. It would be the simplest, easiest and laziest way to introduce a new medal. Fortunately, the previous two medals required a guild tech of a circle grade (guild wars and guild hunt). So, perhaps the third type of medal implies a game mode that will be unlocked by another new guild tech that hasn't been introduced yet. And if that is the case, I would really like to see it as a tournament for 1v1 pvp. No potions, bombs, scrolls, guild buffs once inside. Just two players dueling to death and the winner going forward into the next bracket. So at each step there would be half of all players left and another half gets eliminated. That way a player would go through 1/32, 1/16, 1/8, quarter finals, semi finals and if they are strong enough - win in the finals. The reward would be given based on best performance of the guild member, so if one reached semi finals and the rest got beaten in 1/4 or earlier, the guild would have a reward for beating 1/4. The problem here is that a lot of guilds would tie in this competition because tournament operates in powers of two and medals are given for 1st,2nd3rd, top10, top25, so I guess you could also consider the amount of players reaching each next stage of tournament as a tiebreaker, but that would be unfair to smaller guilds and guilds that have players from different time zones. Holding a tournament like this requires participation at a specific time which is troublesome because we have players from different time zones here. But to not have a tournament of some sort would be disappointing. Because then it is not even an update, you are just adding yet another label to fully functioning game mode. It is as useless as boss animations on guild raid screen. The way to organize tournament is to assign matches to specific time, like every hour and not whenever the players are online like we have for arenas. Perhaps players could be disqualified, or we can have a few instances of tournament to accommodate different time zones, but then there will be two champions and we can't allow that...
  2. where are the true love vials? I spent a whole year carrying boxes with fifth element currency on a gamble that it will be still used, and it is used, but I cant buy them in store!
  3. the ice clad cache has mercy mechanic at 60 chests instead of 50|75 for dream harvest and it gives you a costume OR a hairstyle. Why cant we have it by the rules of dream harvest with costumes at 50 and hairstyle at 75 but guaranteed and separated, so that getting 75 means that you will have a costume and a hairstyle guaranteed? and getting 60 of those will be tricky because fishing minigame is rather punishing. messing up a single attempt basically means a loss of one hour because 3h white arena chest contains 3 baits. so 1 bait per hour in the worst case scenario. and we only have 17 days on that location. This is very short period of time to get enough fish. please make additional farm-able sources for bait. something that can be dropped from mobs. perhaps those snowman or whatever. even if the chance is low it is still better than nothing. the infernal reindeer is very strong. much stronger than the nightmare boss. that aoe attack inflicts heavy damage and fear. it is simply broken. It is unfair. Even in heavy armour it is super hard to survive it and dodging it is tricky. Maybe it should be nerfed.

    bots quit arena (hunters)

after the update, hunters consistently quit arena. not players hunters bu BOTS HUNTERS. Yes, this happens only with hunter bots. hunter bots go offline. The worst part is that it doesn't happen immediately. They begin match and quit in what looks like 30 seconds or so. very strange bug. And those are definitely bots. they are not in guild and they have gibberish names in latin letters

    dg chest problem

the queue is even more bugged than before. Not the just just resets. A dungeon chest that was in the process of unlocking with a working countdown switches to the "not in the process of unlocking" state. It is like you didn't even tap on it to begin the unlocking process. And this bug only occurs to chests in dungeon queue. arena chest queue works fine. another bug is that I receive invitation to join a party for a dungeon even if I don't have free slots for the chest.

  9. The behaviour of bots on arena can be best explained as "partially inactive". it means that they are not completely useless, as they move and use skills, but they don't use autoattacks. So an alchemist bot is still there to heal and shield you but it doesn't provide any firepower to the team. The bug was observed on lake of fire map. I don't know if it is the same on other arenas. Please check it. because bots are weak as is. Making them fight with their hands tied behind the back is even worse.

    Armor of the Northern people

from the description of the winter themed snow-white robe from the previous year. Administrators Posted December 16, 2022 To be as strong as stone, shattered but not retreating a single step. The philosophy of the Gorrs had been forged in the hardships of the Great Cataclysm, and tempered in the fire of the lands of Godgorrot, but the flames and the depths were not alone in guiding the Gorrs. Trapped in the midst of the ice, the lone tribe cried out to the snowy vastness and received an answer. The power of subterranean flame gave way to the wisdom of water, obstinacy was replaced by flexibility of thought and form, and the ardent temper was covered by a cold crust of absolute calm. Unshakable as ice and flowing as a stream of water, the tribe took on a new name, and proved that it is nature itself that guides the Gorrs. so basically ... both times we have gorrs. the lore is pretty much the same. the abandonment of their casual rock identity for the sake of new more agile ice identity. both times you mention lands of Godgorrot...Well, I suppose you can only have so much lore, but seriously! whoever wrote the new description of the armour of northern people plagiarized the description from previous year. Even if it was self-plagiarism, it is still bad. Is it THAT difficult to write a couple of paragraphs of original text? If you absolutely wanted to make it another gorr-originated costume you could write a short story about the leader/great war hero of the aforementioned tribe. or you could take a different approach and take a look at class instead of the race. considering how alchemists are mostly associated with nox, it is rare to find a skilled master of the craft among gorrs, but in the tribe of northern people there lived an artisan by [insert name here] who dedicated his/her life to turning ice crystals into nevermelting solid. Conveniently such material soon proved to be suitable for armour crafting. see? it's not difficult. You can compose stuff like that in minutes instead of just copy pasting previous entries with slight variation. also, I don't think many people will appreciate the insight of using fur coats to preserve things in their frozen state. yep, you can certainly keep ice cream in thermos instead of hot tea. You can keep it even longer if you wrap thermos in another layer of insulation like a piece of fur. It is counter intuitive, but it works. But the problem here is that they are not wearing fur coats on top of icy layer of armour. you can clearly see that ice is outside on more than 50% of new armour. if your entry was true...well, that armour will melt. it is not protected from sun and fire.
  11. Three weeks later...the event is over. no new activities to earn event currency other than the ones we had on day one of the event (world boss, group contracts, tickets, totems). No event currency was given even as a reward from battleground although there were a few dream caskets. No monster dropped event currency additionally, no creative section stuff to reward a select few, NOTHING! We did every contract and ticket as 4x4 exchange group with all buffs we could have. And it gave us ... about 90 dream caskets in total (accounting for the ones from battleground). The mercy mechanic states a reward from 200 chests. We weren't even half way through. we had 20 contracts (one per day) and 3+19*2=41 tickets (three on the first day and two on each next day) with 4x4 exchange you quadruple these numbers, so 80 contracts and 164 tickets. one contract takes 5 minutes, one ticket takes 3 minutes. 80*5+164*3=400+492=892 minutes or almost 15 hours of actual grind. Not fifteen hours of casual game-play, but fifteen hours of most intense and stressful kind of game-play. These fifteen hours were split into three five hours sections one per week to fully utilize guild buffs. If we tried to do one 4x4 contract and two 4x4 tickets every day, we would get LESS currency because we wouldn't have guild buff active every day. Hoarding more than seven contracts and 14 tickets was pretty much impossible because inventory space is limited. And with all our BEST effort, with a well established team of four players who all followed this same plan to the letter we got 90 dream caskets. The mercy mechanic kicks in at 200 dream caskets. If we were like 10 or 20 caskets below 200, we could at least argue that it WAS POSSIBLE. But it wasn't. Not without scamming dozens of new players as "helpers" in chat. To get two hundred dream caskets we would have to do MORE than twice of what we did. For every 4x4 exchange contract that I did as a member of a group of four, I would need to get 4 ...or more likely five or even six (to account for the weakness of those players) beginners to share with me their contracts AND tickets voluntarily, without asking me to contribute one of my own for any 4x4 exchange/sharing. For EVERY contract and EVERY ticket. And every such person, who contributed their contracts and tickets to US, would immediately loose their ability to use those contracts and tickets in their 4x4 groups. So, to carry ONE group of four players to 200 dream caskets, five or six more players would have to be denied the chance to even approach those 90 dream caskets that we gathered. Granted, our group was not super strong, and some other groups could probably get 100-110 dream caskets from their 4x4 exchange. But to obtain 200 chests without tricking beginners into sharing their contracts was IMPOSSIBLE. In the best case scenario LESS than HALF of all players could obtain guaranteed reward from 200 chests. Of course some players would get their skins without mercy mechanic, but most of us wouldn't. The chances are astronomically low. And it was not always like this. During the new year and love lunacy it was possible to get 200+ lootboxes of corresponding event without hurting other players. You were gradually decreasing the ability of free-to-play players to keep up with paying players, even though free-to-play players could only obtain one piece of costume/weapon skin like this where two or more were available for paying players. So to sum it up - with current approach to event it would either be A) less than half of all players with 200 chests B) pretty much all players (excluding the few paying players of course) with less than a half of the required amount of chests necessary to get mercy mechanic. Either way, you have better chances to win just by tossing a coin and guessing the outcome. Three weeks of active participation in every event activity (without tricking beginners of their contracts and tickets) gives you less than fifty per cent chance for a costume. This is not even a zero-sum game, because the gain of the scammer, who tricks another player into sharing a contract is +1 contract, while the person who is getting scammed loses a contract that would allow him or her to do a 4x4 exchange, so you are losing -3 contracts. We do not consider this content to be a distressing experience - because you own the game. You don't have a player's perspective. Going to a Contrat forces people to communicate lie, deceive, scam, look for friends victims among noobs and unite betray (and kick from party) players who used their contracts|tickets first in a 4x4 "exchange" party. The rest of the things are game details spending hours spamming the "high ranking player will help you maximize your reward with contract/ticket" in chat. Just play with friends you are confident in (and you will barely scratch the 100 lootbox mark when the mercy mechanic was set to 200) if you are afraid naive to trust other players. You see, the problem isn't that they are afraid to trust. They DO TRUST. They trust because they don't expect that a game without trade can have some sort of scam. Many beginners agree to that "help" without even realizing that they are getting scammed. Many will believe that they had a pretty good deal from those "helpers" but that opinion is formed by the lack of information about the alternative. You have created the system, that promotes and REWARDS dishonest behaviour. During this event and during the killing jokes event hundreds of scams occurred every day in your virtual world. The sickest, most disgusting part of this is that they were all done under the guise of altruism. All those scammers posed as "helpers" with a fake smile on face, they promised to maximize reward. And they never did. Because getting 12 pumpkins instead of 10 from one contract is not an increase in reward the moment you consider that you have lost three more contracts where you could get 10 pumpkins on each. instead of 40 pumpkin coins in format of 10+10+10+10 you received 12 pumpkin coins in the format of 12+0+0+0 because you do not have those three contracts from the 4x4 exchange. Even if you did them with a very weak party. even if you get 5 pumpkin coins per contract, you would still get 5+5+5+5=20 > 12... Ask yourself, how many of those helpers altruistically help you to do dungeon runs during the pirate-themed event? None. Because they didn't care about you, they only cared about their personal counter of dungeon runs and to max it out they would run dungeons repeatedly with the same strong party. They could run it without you and they did, They only begin to help you when you are holding the keys to the area that they need to complete. And you don't consider this system a problem. This isn't a bug, its a feature. not after the killing jokes. The first time it could be a mistake. But when you intentionally repeat it...you wanted that outcome. The question is why? We do not consider this content to be a distressing experience. You turned a fair amount of normal, morally neutral characters into greed-driven scammers. Instead of making the correct decision and calling you out on this problem, instead of ...i don't know... protesting by destroying/selling randomly obtained costume, or at least ignoring the event in the form of protest, they were all corrupted. They all decided to just roll with this scam, to become part of it, to lie to beginners, not even for something with real value but for the bunch of pixels on the screen. And then they will be wearing costumes obtained THANKS to the scam without feeling ashamed of it. Not distressing at all. you could make it difficult to reach the 200 chest value by so many means, but yo decided that the source of difficulty should be one's moral compass...inverted. People who don't lie to noobs are LESS likely to be rewarded in the event. You are CONDITIONING people who play your game to be bad/evil/immoral by your design choices and you do so AFTER you were informed about your mistakes the first time. Not finding this distressing IS distressing. It SHOULD be distressing. You SHOULD feel bad. This is not pessimism or alarmism, because I am not warning you about the problem that COULD occur in the future while "everything is fine and there is no reason to assume that bad things will happen", I am pointing at the problem post-factum. Multiple instances of the scam have ALREADY been observed and recorded. This was happening during killing jokes and this was happening during pumpkin moon 2023. Skylore was supposed to be a nice little cosy fantasy world. A semi-serious soft fantasy, focused around knowers. Instead we see a lot of "knowers" who get deceived because of incomplete information on the subject, and some "knowers" who do the deceiving. Yet there is a severe lack of "knowers" with good intentions who would try prevent this scam from happening. For all the "high ranking player will help you maximize your reward with contract/ticket" in chat I haven't seen a single message to UNcover this scam. Are all good "knowers" too afraid to warn their younger colleagues about the scam, or are there no good knowers left? There is still time to fix this. You can still make things right. Kill this game mechanic for good or at least don't make it decisive for a reward in event. If you want to have group contracts, you can have group contracts. You can have them for quests, for seasonal activities, for guild assignments, even as random loot from monsters. But they must never have huge rewards. Do not override moral compass of your players by tempting them with epic rewards! If you really cared about players getting along and playing together, you wouldn't force them. You would create the conditions where they cooperate willingly. The simplest approach is to make cooperation faster. Instead of designing a group contract in a way where a team of four will get more rewards, you could design it around "charges" where once contract has four charges that can be used by four players in a single run or by one player in four runs (or by two players in two runs). And a solo player could get the same reward from the total of four solo runs as four players from one team run. Another obvious glaring flaw is how the contracts favour damage dealers over healers and tanks. if reward is determined by the amount of enemies killed, it will discriminate against low dmg classes. The tickets were a step in the right direction. Making them stack-able was also a good idea, but it doesn't negate the problem at the root which is "fake helpers".

A list of good suggestions (i think)

    1) the option to change in-game channel, not running in and out of location repeatedly and hoping to be sent to the correct channel. 2) return tempered to lower level even at a decreased chance of drop. Don't make it an option to turn into materials for tempering if you think it will break balance. 3) remove the obligatory tank slot from dungeon party match up. If we have dd to encompass hunters/mages/shadows than we should have defence to encompass alchemists and guardians. two healers + two dd is a viable build for a dungeon and most healers are wearing heavy armour anyway. And it takes a lot of time to find a party because there is no tank. 4) an on screen indicator of the chest readiness that will appear once the chest is less than 5 minutes to be unlocked. 5) another indicator of connection termination due to inactivity 6) diamond wallet password so that a player can be sure he/she will not spend diamonds on anything by accident just by tapping stuff on screen. "Not the are you sure?" button but an option to protect yourself from accidental spending of diamonds 7) hide opposite faction quests (you added quests from humans/elves/muars to nox/goblin/gorr and vice versa to make more content, but it breaks immersion for some players and ignoring those quests in your journal is not enough, give us an option to at least hide those from the list) 8) an option to turn off new particle effect on chests dropped by monsters. This thing looks ominous and out of place. I don't need it to see the chest and if other players do, they can have the effect on 9) safe exit from arena/dungeon queue. Especially for arena queue. tapping the exit button the moment the 10 second preparation to fight is launched will get you a deserter debuff. Put a deserter debuff on a 7 second mark of leaving the team before the start, not on ten second mark. "or add the are you sure?" button/ Right now you are punishing players who are playing arenas and are looking for teammates for that very arena in parallel. 10) make gorgor contracts of the same lvl and rarity stackable. One per inventory slot is too heavy 11) give us an option to upgrade heaps of trophy equipment by colour even at a disadvantage. lets say 10 white heaps of trophy weapon gives the same amount of "upgrade points" as one green heap of trophy weapon. So, give us an option to trade 15-20 (or whatever number you deem fair) of white heaps of trophies for a single green heap. It will make inventory management easier. 12) remove the "open five" option for chests that contain actual gear. opening chests with heaps of equipment in bulk is fine, because all that goes into three slots of inventory with existing heaps of equipment, so if you had like 67-50-17 heaps and opened 5 chests, you would get like 70-51-18 just fine. But opening 5 chests with three or four pieces of armour/weapon/accessories in each requires a nearly empty inventory to not overflow. Alternatively, put armour/weapon/accessories in stackable armour chest/weapon chest/accessory chest. 13) add a gear crafting system 14) add potion crafting system 15) add more options to recover vigor, not just arena/dungeon. 16 - Create a option that we can select to see informations on screen like ping, latency. - AND IN GAME CLOCK WITH SERVER TIME! 1 - Double the reward for dailies quest, but make they be one time per day instead of two times a day. - this is not an equal trade-off because a quest is an opportunity to get one chest with three pieces of white gear that are necessary for hoarder achievement. getting two chests instead of one when you don't have that achievement is a waste, since you have to keep them in your inventory. getting a hoarder achievement without at least one daily quest available means grinding three more pieces of equipment from monsters and spending too much vigor. This change is fine for the time of events, but for normal days, it should be a choice between old 2 sets of dailies per day with singular rewards and 1 set of dailies with double rewards

Restless spirit + Mandragora = bug?

This is extremely niche, but it is still a bug. There is a temporary event pet/helper of blue/rare quality "restless spirit" and it can be used in dungeon. It applies freeze and slowdown to enemies. So, when i was in dungeon today, one of my party members summoned restless spirit, and then we attacked Mandragora sub-boss. And it was a disaster! Affected by freeze/slowdown Mandragora went into some sort of EXTERMINATION MODE, using her ACID TRAIL attack continuously non stop and killing my three teammates who were not skilled enough to avoid such attack. I know it is a low priority because restless spirits will be gone from the game by timer for a year but if anyone wants to try killing Mandragora on HARD MODE, you know what to do. I don't think this behaviour was intended so please look into it. I don't know if it will affect other sub-bosses or if it only for Mandragora. I know that this bug DOES NOT affect world boss Baladrog, so it is safe to use against him.
  14. After you turned off the server and restarted it, all dream harvest sprouts disappeared. I had one green pumpkin (about to get ripe), three bushes (about to turn into green pumpkins) and one sprout (about to turn into a bush) that's (46+) + 3*(23+) + 1*(0+) horse worth of plant growing time. At the very least I lost 46+3*23 = 115 hours of gardening time and I am certain that my dream harvest had a few more hours per plant (hence the + sign on each term). assuming that they were 1 hour away from switching to next state the numbers are (46+22) + 3*(23+22)+1*(0+22)=68+3*45 + 22 = 68+135 + 22 = 225 hours of gardening time. so I lost somewhere in between 115 and 225 hours ten growth potions compensate for 1 period of 23 hours. so I need at least fifty to recover to bare minimum. or 98 to recover to possible maximum loss. This was not my fault. All players lost their harvest. please compensate it accordingly. The easiest way is to simply send us a certain amount of growth potions via in-game mail, but you can also restore the plants.

  17. URGENT QUESTIONS!!! Is there a mercy mechanic for 200 chests of the "Prophetic Dream Casket" type and for "Dream Harvest" type? How often do we have to water the pumpkins on the garden? the Dream Totem, a special consumable that attracts aggressive creatures from the Dream World. A great way to get more holiday items and currency, or the opportunity to set dangerous monsters on players! - ok so that thing summons unfinished nightmares. There are mobs with the same name in new location and other nightmares too. Do THOSE drop any event currency at all or is it pointless to farm inside of the new location and we can only get event currency dropped as loot from monsters if they are summoned by the totem? also, why did you bring back group contracts after the horrible experience from the previous event? Didn't you have enough of helpers' spam in chat? Didn't we have like...the biggest amount of frauds and scammers to leech of the naive players to get their contracts without offering anything in return? It was the WORST part of killing jokes and you brought that back!

    two bugs today

ok, this is unusual to have not one but two bugs related to one part of the game, but it happened. 1) First there were reports from players that arena is bugged in a way that they immediately lose a battle after the battle starts without even fighting the opposite team. This bug was probabilistic and occurred in about 10% cases. I didn't witness it myself but I saw a second bug which is 2) change of arena type before the cooldown for the current arena type reached zero. We were spamming sinister graveyard map when suddenly we entered lake of fire. The timer wasn't even a round number. There were hours and minutes left. It was definitely out of order to fight on lake of fire, but it didn't end there! In a few minutes the arena type changed again and this time it was abandoned shooting range! You you heard me right, in a few minutes we experienced all three arenas. The abandoned shooting range then persisted in accordance to cooldown timer, but still - this is not how arenas should behave!
  19. you should have left a grace period for players to buy blacksmith chests for guild tokens. one week or even one day without 3 per day limit would make a huge difference.
  20. You should have left a grace period for players to spend their guild tokens on blacksmith chests before removing tempered gear from them. a day or a week without 3 per day limitation to buy as many chests as you can afford so that the attempts to get tempered are not lost. I sincerely hope that this change is not final.

    low lvl tempered gear removal

Oh please, really? Do you know how rare those were? And now there is no chance to get tempered adept/gladiator/engineer? I played for a year and couldn't get even one although I spammed dungeons. A small...very small chance to obtain that gear is what made it interesting and promised at least some advantage in perspective. What about blacksmith chest that can be purchased for guild tokens? It has a chance of tempered gear for your current level. Are you going to nerf them too? What is the point of them then? Without tempered gear they are no different from treasure chests for daily quests and from pvp areas. I haven't seen a single post on the forum from the people complaining that tempered gear of lower level equipment is ruining the game! This wasn't even a topic of discussion! There wasnt a conflict between lower level tempered and current level normal. Most players will not stay at 19- level anyway to abuse tempered gear for anything. It feels like this entire decision was done against me. Please, reconsider your decision about tempered gear before level 20. It was not wrong. And it couldn't be abused because whenever you fight against higher levels you are at a disadvantage even with tempered gear. And the chances WERE small! I am serious when I am saying that I played for a year and couldn't get a single piece of it. Why would you change the 0.001% chance to the full ZERO? Tempered gladiator was a reason to do battlegrounds, tempered adept was the reason to do gorgor contracts. Look at the leader board of arena. How many tempered pieces do you see now? Zero! Look at the leader board of battleground. How many tempered pieces do you see now? Zero! top ten players of current battleground and and least top ten players of league 2 of arena are all wearing normal gear. Not the tempered one. Literally, nothing could be blamed on tempered gear. It is not wrong to give a slight edge to players who were in this game for so long as to get a piece of tempered gear. and if they stay at 19-, so what? They will not beat 34 lvl character with full set of epic destroyer, no matter how much their levels are scaled down. If you think that tempered gear at 19- is SO bad, you can at least decrease the drop chance even further, but don't make it ZERO! You could even decrease it to zero without telling us! 99% of players wouldn't even notice! Why did you even tell us? We would still have hope... no new tempered gear for the duration of event is acceptable if you don't want to suddenly disrupt some power balance. But there is no power balance! There is difference in skill and sometimes it is just two players vs one and tempered gear wont save you against two opponents. You can still have resources to enhance normal 20lvl gear to tempered, just make it so that lower lvl gear can't be upgraded with those resources. It is so easy. Like a few lines of code! If(in adept/gladiator/engineer/apprentice/fighter/pioneer set) {don't upgrade to tempered}. Just put a simple if statement to check for lvl of gear and skip if it is too low. Removing content from the game is not fun. It is the opposite of fun.
  22. this is not an internet problem. I can play the game for hours but connection disappears only when there are 5-10 seconds before the chest is opened or 5-10 seconds before the kragg daily quests update. The connection doesn't disappear completely. It is not enough to throw me out of the game into lobby but it is enough to show that red "no connection" symbol. You did smth that weakens connection to the server at those specific moments. Since it happens consistently within a few seconds before chest is unlocked/kragg daily quest is updated, I assume it has smth to do with those.
  23. Whereas player B may have played 500 matches and won 450 of them and player C only played 1 match and won it and has an incredible 100% win rate. No thanks. If player B wants to prove he is better and get that sweet sweet #1 on the leaderboard, he should keep that win rate and play 1500 more matches. And if he can't play that much, then he shouldn't consider a leaderboard. It is summer season now, children are on vacation. They have lots of free time to play this game. you can't punish them because someone has to work all day in the office. Arena is one of the few places where you CAN'T buy progress for diamonds. You can't buy score. You have to invest your time. Actual time, not the time at work converted into money converted into diamonds. Only hardcore arena grind! selecting a low level player... this should be still available because we have guild task to participate or even win certain amount of arena battles with your guildmate in team. even if it means playing at a disadvantage because one player is lower lvl than the other two, it is still necessary to progress guild.

    lake of fire control bug

this bug appeared on arena after the update. Before the update during the prepare phase inside that small rectangle surrounded by fire you could tap on any place outside and your character would approach the border of a rectangle to the closest point to the area outside. after the update tapping outside of rectangle makes character ignore the command and stand in place even if the character is NOT at the edge of the rectangle. This is bad because you want to be at the edge of rectangle when it disappears so that you can charge into battle faster and get better control of the area. please fix this bug it is more annoying than you think

    daily quest schedule question

These quests are updated every 12 hours, but only when you are online. - This answer is INCORRECT Yesterday I was online when the 12-hour cool-down timer ticked and it didn't refresh. Why? Because I was in a dungeon at that time. The quest only refreshed on exit from dungeon. I suppose this is also true for other game modes like arena|battlefield and perhaps gorgor contracts and guild raids. Please fix it if it is a bug. It's not fun to wait the last few minutes before timer resets without doing game mods.
