DG LOAD MAP ERROR

come here representing a friend "Piruditrem" who is having a problem when entering the DG, a BUG that several other people are also facing. When loading the DG map, a loading error occurs and returning to the character selection screen. It stays in this infinite loop for almost 30 minutes preventing you from entering the game.
