My character named "Ashvone" has bugged matchmaking. I'm level 22 with 34k mastery.

I queued like 10 times for arena and every single time, every other player(teammate and opponent) is 50k+ mastery. Can you please check my account and fix what's wrong?

Because I can't even win a single match. 0 chances to spend my arena keys.
