Sharpen your blades and steel your nerves – adventure calls once more in Arinar! Update 2.6.5 introduces new quests, improvements to the Titan Arena, and a variety of gameplay and visual refinements!

 

Quests

4 New Side Quests

 

• Help the city guard survive the general's upcoming inspection. Repair worn-out equipment, repaint the grass to look "presentable," and rehearse a few marching songs – because apparently morale matters now.

• Go undercover within the Insanity Cult and put an end to its fanatical followers once and for all.

• The Sentinel Knower embarks on a covert mission to the Scorched Highlands, while the Legion Knower becomes entangled in political intrigue deep in the Somber Swamp.

• Uncover the mystery behind the charred portrait found in an old manor estate. There's something unsettlingly familiar about the lady in the painting...

 

2 New Daily Quests

Take the fight to the Insanity Cult with sabotage missions in the Mirror Cave and Pipeline System. Battle cultists, rescue captives, destroy enemy equipment, and earn Chests of Manuals for your efforts.

 

All new quests are available to players level 17 and above.

 

Quest Flow Improvements (Levels 10-20)

We have adjusted quest progression to ensure a more seamless leveling experience and a more intuitive journey through Arinar.

 

Location Access Changes

To support the updated progression system, several areas now unlock at different levels:

• Kragg Outskirts: Upper Level now unlocks at level 11 (previously level 10)

• Kragg Outskirts: Lower Level now unlocks at level 13 (previously level 12)

• The dynamic areas Hog Farm and Frogger Bayou now unlock at level 12 (previously level 11)

 

Titan Arena

Rating Modifiers

Reaching the top of the leaderboard is now easier than ever! We've updated the rating system to reward victories more generously and reduce rating losses in certain situations.

Solo Queue

• If your rating is above 5,000, you will receive 10% more rating for each win, and loss penalties will be reduced by 10%.

• If your rating is below 5,000, you will receive 5% more rating for each win, and loss penalties will be reduced by 5%.

 

Premade Party

If your party wins, your rating changes based on your party's composition:

• Two of the same class:

  • Above 5,000 rating: +5% bonus rating

  • Below 5,000 rating: +2.5% bonus rating 

• Three different classes:

  • Above 5,000 rating: +10% bonus rating

  • Below 5,000 rating: +5% bonus rating

 

If your party loses, the rating penalty is reduced based on your party's composition:

• Two of the same class:

  • Above 5,000 rating: 5% reduced rating loss

  • Below 5,000 rating: 2.5% reduced rating loss

• Three different classes:

  • Above 5,000 rating: 10% reduced rating loss

  • Below 5,000 rating: 5% reduced rating loss

 

Desertion Penalty

Leaving a Titan Arena match before it ends will now result in a full defeat penalty, including all active rating modifiers.

 

Seasonal Rating Retention

We have lowered the number of matches required to preserve a portion of your seasonal rating progress. Players now need to complete only 10 Arena matches instead of 20.

 

Hollow of the Lost – Map Updates

• The map layout and obstacle placement have been reworked.

• Healing and attrition zones now only appear on metal-grated tiles. The activation delay for these zones has also been shortened.

• Fixed an issue with the kill counter display. Score tracking now updates correctly during matches.

Equipment Attributes

Attribute Range Bar

The equipment window now features a visual indicator showing how close an item's secondary and set-defining attributes are to their maximum possible values.

Set-defining attributes are assigned when the item is acquired, while secondary attributes are determined when the item is identified or reforged.

Attribute values can be further increased through item enhancement and equipment talents, but the original attribute range displayed on the bar will remain unchanged.

Endurance

Vitality now functions the same way as other set-defining attributes and is rolled within a fixed value range. As a result, the Endurance values of all previously obtained items will be recalculated automatically.

 

Consumable Stack Limit Changes

We have updated the maximum stack size for several consumable items. New maximum stack sizes:

• 30 Restoration Elixirs

• 30 event consumables

• 10 Transformation Scrolls: Resilience, Defense, Power

• 20 Transformation Scrolls: Berserker

• 100 Berserker Nibblers

• 10 Knight Nibblers

• 10 Warrior Nibblers

• 100 Underground Bazaar Coupons

Existing stacks that exceed the new limits will remain intact and will not be split automatically. Your inventory space will not be affected.

 

Other Changes

• Increased the equipment tier of rewards obtained from world boss chests for Baladrog and Decayra.

• Equipment chests now display both the item tier and whether their contents are intended for PvE or PvP gameplay.

• Consumable tooltips now include additional details such as range, effect radius, cooldown, and activation time.

• Fixed incorrect display of player interaction buttons in the guild interface.

• Progress toward the Life of the Party activity will now continue counting even after reaching the Personal Guild Reputation cap.

• Improved quest tracking functionality: active objective markers now remain pinned to the edge of the minimap, and quest tracking will no longer switch between objectives unexpectedly.

This morning I woke up and saw that the update was available. I downloaded it, very happy about the new content. After updating at my job using the work Wi-Fi, which is very fast and has a VPN in the United States, I left work and tried to log in. It won't even let the loading bar load — it just tells me my connection is too slow and that the connection to the server was lost.

 

I checked WhatsApp, and all my Cuban friends are experiencing the same issue. We need you to look into this, or give us some kind of response or explanation, because we Cubans make up a large percentage of the game's players, and we really like the game.

 

I hope to be able to log in soon and do the new missions and new content so I can enjoy my favorite game again.
