hello, good afternoon. I'm having a problem where I can't log my character into Skylore. Other characters from the same account enter normally, but when trying to enter that specific character, the following message appears: "THERE WAS AN ERROR - We are already working to resolve it as soon as possible". I would like to know if there is any solution or understand what is going on. Thank you for your attention! :)

EN I entered the game at night, or rather at 1:05 Moscow time. At this time, the calendar and daily tasks are updated. The calendar gave out two awards at once, instead of one, which I took away (for which I apologize, I didn't notice right away) RU Зашёл в игру ночью, а точнее в 1:05 по МСК. В это время происходит обновление календаря и ежедневных заданий. В календаре выдало сразу две награды, вместо одной, которые я забрал (за что прошу прощения, сразу не заметил)

The Skill buff Fire juggler don't disappear even though i don't have the chaos points added to it. When i use the Fireball skill with chaos on every third use of fire ball you get fire illusion, I used it twice i got two fire juggler buff then i reset my chaos points and the buff didn't disappear.
