This will be my last attempt to recover my account. If I fail, this will be the end of my Skylore journey, as I refuse to start over. I'm a veteran player and have been playing this game since the beta phase.
My account was blocked because while I was at the pharmacy, I left my phone charging. My younger brother took advantage of this and secretly used it to play games, making in-game purchases since my bank account is linked to the game. When I got home, I was angry that he took my phone without my permission and even angrier that he bought things within the game.
I sent an email to Skylore support at info@skylore.com. It's been almost a week and no one from support has responded, so I'm coming here to the forum as a last attempt to get my account back.
