Hey I’m recruiting competent players 14+  for my guild. I am in EST time zone which is same as New York City. I’m looking for Americans but anyone who can work with the time zone is welcome. It seems there are few of us.  If you’re available to raid 2-3 days a week around 6-8pm EST, consider joining. Any levels are welcome as long as it’s your main toon. I’m willing to grow together. I see all the other countries with top guilds, I am making one for USA. English speaking, discord, buffs, etc

[Mutant armor fragments]

Where do these fragments come from? Which mobs and is it only the elites? Curious. Are there any guides on where to find the various armor skin fragments?
