Never mind, as soon as signed up to the forum and wrote this post, I went back to the game and was able to connect

I have tried for the past 2 hours or so to connect to game server, but it won't let me. I checked status of my internet and provider and everything seems to be working fine. I tested on different devices and other applications. It only seems to be the skylore app that won't let me connect. It would be much appreciated if I could get some information on how to fix this. Thank you
