All active skills cooldown goes up every levelup

No available photo.. got deleted.. my alchemist "Ycocli" eversince starting playing, all skill cooldowns goes up by "0.1" each level up making the ability cooldown attribute useless. can you fix it please?. ill take a photo now lvl19. incase by lvl20 it goes up again

Good day just a followup since ive sent an email but no reply from you guys.

Heres another reference regarding this bug.Lets use the skill Directional Transformation.

Base skill cool down is 7.6 seconds. My Ability cooldown is at 8.06%

So 2 was to compute this.

a)   7.6secs(base cd) - 8.06%(ability cd) - 1sec(skill shard) = 5.98744 or 6secs(rouded up)

b)   7.6secs(base cd) - 1sec(skill shard) - 8.06%(ability cd) -  = 6.06804 or 6.1secs(rouded up)

So either way, its wrong... given am already lvl 24 now and have unlocked and  increased my talent skill cd.

Hello there! Please note that it’s not a bug. Base Ability Cooldown time (no bonuses) is 8 seconds. Ability Cooldown bonus is already shown in the description of this ability.
