I accidently purhase 2times pioneer set each 4.99$ but only got 1reward and the other one not refund my money back..

Buy via website skylore shop (payment use xsolla)

*First purchased success and reward achieved

Transaction number 1418514340

*Second purchased success but not get reward

Transaction number 1418515061

I have sent email to [email protected] but no reply..

Please kindly help... Thankyou
