I was doing nothing to the boss (just running around and frantically trying to heal myself) and there were tons of other players attacking the boss but the boss just chases me through the entire 5mins until I died. If the timer for the reward has been updated, then the chest must be waiting for you at the place of the battle with the boss. We will check this, as well as the situation with aggression.
