game connection flickers at specific moments

this is not an internet problem. I can play the game for hours but connection disappears only when there are 5-10 seconds before the chest is opened or 5-10 seconds before the kragg daily quests update. The connection doesn't disappear completely. It is not enough to throw me out of the game into lobby but it is enough to show that red "no connection" symbol. You did smth that weakens connection to the server at those specific moments. Since it happens consistently within a few seconds before chest is unlocked/kragg daily quest is updated, I assume it has smth to do with those.
