Molly
Skylore 1.30 – Changelog Hey Warriors! Skylore's Update 1.30 is live, and it’s packed with exciting new features! Get ready for a revamped Dungeon reward system, major adjustments to Guild Hunts – including a new powerful boss – an enhanced respawn mechanic, and much more! Check out the changelog for all the details! Revamped Dungeon Rewards In Update 1.30, we've made significant improvements to Dungeon rewards. First off, the chest-opening mechanic has been completely overhauled so you now receive rewards instantly after completing a Dungeon! Chests will be added directly to your inventory, with the only limitation being your bag's capacity. After successfully completing a Dungeon, you'll receive a Monster Hunter's Chest (Common) and, with some luck, a Monster Slayer's Chest (Rare), which contains more valuable rewards, including the new rare item, Spark of Life! But be warned – both types of chests take up space in your inventory, so be sure to clear some space before entering a Dungeon! If your inventory is full, you won't be able to start the run. Don't hold on to these chests for too long! Monster Hunter's Chests will expire after 2 hours, and Monster Slayer's Chests will vanish after 6 hours. Dungeons Keys To open these chests, you'll need specific keys. Monster Hunter's Chest Monster Slayer's Chest Your hero will automatically receive up to 5 Monster Hunter's Keys each day at 06:00 (device time), which can be used to unlock the Monster Hunter's Chest. However, if you already have 5 or more, you won't receive any more free keys that day. You can check how much time is left until the next key refill with a timer in the key info window. Both types of keys are available in the Premium Store, and you can also earn Monster Slayer's Keys through activities such as: Completing daily quests in dynamic areas Defeating world bosses New Respawn System The respawn mechanic has undergone major changes in Update 1.30, making strategic combat decisions even more important, and your adventures through Arinar even more intense! First, the amount of resources required to respawn is now dynamic. It depends on several factors, including your current location, your character's level, and whether or not you have Burden of Rebirth, which is gained each time your character respawns on site. The initial respawn cost also varies based on the location's level range, affecting open-world locations, the Adamantine Caves, and regular Guild Raids. In addition to the usual instant respawn option, you can now request help from other players to revive your character directly from the respawn dialog box. Other players can resurrect you using the new Spark of Life resource, which can be obtained from world bosses such as Triumvirate, Decayra, Baladrog Fireborn, and the Gnawer of the Depths, as well as from Monster Slayer's Chests. Soon, Sparks of Life will also be available in various consumable and resource bundles! Spark of Life You can use Sparks of Life to revive other characters anywhere except in Arena or Battlefield locations. Additionally, you can use them to revive yourself, but only in Guild Hunt areas. Note that Diamonds can no longer be used to respawn in Guild Hunts! The number of Sparks of Life required increases with the number of stacks of Burden of Rebirth you have. The more stacks you have, the more Sparks you'll need. And that's not all! There's also a powerful new consumable – Rite of Rebirth – that allows you to revive all friendly characters in the target area, except in Arena and Battlefield locations. Rite of Rebirth Brings back to life all allies within the target area who have requested revival. Rite of Rebirth can be a game-changer in boss fights or PvP skirmishes, allowing you to revive allies when you need them most! But watch out – the scroll takes time to activate, and enemies can interrupt the rite if they see you casting it. Allies revived this way will also be affected by Burden of Rebirth. Guild Hunt Mechanic Overhaul Guild Hunts have undergone a major overhaul in this update, including new entry requirements, adjusted boss difficulty scaling, and improved rewards for higher-level raids. Let's break it down step-by-step! First, we've adjusted the amount of Guild Energy required to join a raid and revised the number of boss stages for each difficulty level. Your guild will now have more opportunities to showcase its strength and unity as you progress through the new difficulty levels: Tier 1: Levels 1-7 Tier 2: Levels 8-14 Tier 3: Levels 15-21 Tier 4: Level 22 only As the difficulty increases, bosses will start at lower levels to give your guild a fair chance to handle their powerful abilities – though the hardest difficulty will still be a tough challenge for even the strongest guilds! Here come the rewards! You'll continue to receive bonus rewards for defeating the maximum-level boss at each difficulty tier (levels 7, 14, 21, and 22). Now, in addition to the bonus rewards, you'll receive special Guild Hunt Relics containing Gold, Guild Tokens, and valuable equipment upgrade resources. The higher the difficulty, the more valuable the rewards inside the chests! New Guild Hunt Boss: Chronos Prepare for a thrilling new challenge in the upcoming Guild Hunt Season as you face off against Chronos! You may have encountered him before in your travels through Arinar, but this time you'll face him at full strength! Chronos embodies a relentless force, capable of manipulating the very flow of time itself! Those bold enough to enter the Time Rift and challenge him will face an intense battle! You might have already guessed that Chronos was also behind the unexpected arrival of Shawron the Seducer in August, right? The new Guild Hunt Season begins on October 11 at 10:00 UTC and runs until October 21 at 10:00 UTC. Solo Questing in Tenebris You can now complete daily quests in Tenebris in solo mode! There's no need to team up – explore the dangerous lands of Tenebris at your own pace! This change applies to the Trading Company, Seers and Arinarians, and Madness quests. Guild Hunt and Guild Raid Battle Results Window Previously, we introduced a results window for Guild Tournament mode. With this update, we're expanding that feature to include character performance metrics for Guild Hunt and Guild Raid modes. In addition to the general performance metrics that apply to both PvE and PvP modes, the Guild Hunt and Guild Raid scoreboards will display information about the damage done to the boss and minions, along with other stats based on each boss's unique abilities. In future updates, we plan to expand this feature to Dungeon, Arena, and Battlefield modes. Customizable Character Info Display In large battles, it can be difficult to keep track of which ally to assist or which enemy to attack. To make combat more manageable, we've added new settings that allow you to customize how character information is displayed. You'll now see a class icon to the left of your character's name, and you can customize how it appears. In the Settings menu, you'll find a new tab called Displayed Info, which allows you to customize the display of the following information: Character Names Guild Name Class Icons Player Health Combat Notifications You can adjust these settings for your hero, party members, guildmates, enemies, and neutral characters. The Combat Notifications section also allows you to configure the display of damage, healing, and loot notifications based on your preferences. Level 30 Consumables in Daily Deals To help you prepare for new challenges, we've added level 30 consumables to the free daily deals in the in-game store. These include: Archeon Medicine Pack Health Concoctions Strength Concoctions Pyrotechnic Pack Other Changes New monsters (levels 16-19) added to the Scorched Highlands. Level 23-32 monsters added to the surface and cave areas of Tenebris. Fixed a bug with the Steel Strength quest that allowed players to bypass the Gorgor Contract requirement. Fixed a bug where medals displayed incorrectly on offline characters. Fixed a bug where characters not selected for a Hunt would still have the selection window active. Fixed a bug where the camera would not switch to a live ally after death in some modes. *** We hope these changes make your journey through Skylore even more exciting and provide more opportunities for victory! Feel free to share your thoughts on these new features in the comments below! See you in the game! We don't tell you the chances of getting items in the game, but what I can tell you is that the chance increases as the difficulty of the content increases. For example, keys can also be obtained by killing world bosses - and the higher the level of the boss, the greater the chance. There is currently a problem with the level of the chest being issued - we are aware of this and are working on a solution. As soon as it appears in the game, we will tell you how it will work.
