Let's talk about new things, improvements and changes in the new version of the client, with the help of which gameplay will become easier, more convenient and more interesting.

And now to the details!

 

Belt for consumables

Your own strength, skill and reaction play a major role in the outcome of battles. But there are many useful scrolls, potions and other consumables that can give the hero the strength to defeat a stronger and more dangerous opponent.

As you could see in the screenshot we posted earlier, there are only 3 slots left on the main screen for such items. However, don't get upset: in fact, there are many more of them!

We've added a new UI element - a button that, when clicked, brings up additional slots for consumables. In addition to the 3 main ones, you have 12 more slots at your disposal, divided into 2 tabs. You are free to fill them in any order convenient for you - for quick and easy access to the selected power-ups.

Master the novelty and do not forget to use all the ways to emerge victorious from any fight!

 

Mechanics of Learning the Equipment 

Constant training and a supply of power-ups on your belt will definitely help you in battles. However, for long adventures, you must first take care of suitable and up-to-date equipment for your character.

There are many ways to get equipment, but if we are talking about more powerful items, then they must also be studied by spending the accumulated knowledge points on this.

We've made some changes so that you can now equip items you haven't learned about yet. When used, such equipment will grant a reduced amount of mastery, and access to its additional characteristics will be limited.

In addition, now this system will only work for equipment of “rare” quality, while “uncommon” items will be added to your inventory already studied.


 

New types of reminders

We've added new notifications to push messages and the notification center to help you remember to take the right action to upgrade your character and equipment, earn rewards, participate in events and game modes.

Don't forget that you can hide a notification by clicking on it outside of the Go button area. Additionally, we've fixed the bug that was causing this feature to not work properly, and now hidden notification types won't show up for 24 hours.

We also overhauled the push notification system by giving messages different priorities. If the system needs to send you several messages, then in order to avoid inconvenience, you will receive only the most important one.

 

Activities Conditions Correction

The Activity Center occupies a significant role in the life of the brave explorers of Archeon, because the daily completion of tasks in it helps to get resources useful for character development, as well as other nice bonuses.

We have revised some tasks to make the mechanics easy to use for characters of all levels. Here are the main changes:

  • A new reward gradation for completing a task has been added - 800 activity points.
  • The “Basic Alchemy” activity can be obtained and completed only once, when leveling from 12 to 15 mastery levels. The reward for completing this quest has been increased.
  • The “Containing Chaos” activity can be obtained and completed only three times, when leveling from 7 to 16 mastery levels.
  • The “Inquiring Mind” activity is also limited to obtain and complete at various level ranges, starting at 4-8. The reward for completing this quest has been increased.
  • Reduced the number of items required to complete the "Hoarder" activity.
  • The “Let’s Be Friends” activity can be obtained and completed only once, during leveling from 4 to 10 skill levels. The reward for completing this quest has been increased.
  • As well as other small changes in activity counters.

Now the system will guide you more correctly in leveling, the rewards will be fair, and you will not have to complete tasks that slow down the development of your character.

 

Other novelties, changes and improvements

And of course, there were some small but no less important fixes and changes in mechanics, interfaces and gameplay. Here is the main list:

  • The health regeneration of bosses in dynamic areas during their return to their spawn point has been greatly reduced. Now you can not be afraid that the boss will go beyond the battle zone and the battle will have to start over.
  • A merchant has been added to the location of the raids, who can repair equipment and sell consumables useful for battle. Interaction with a Gorgor is possible only during the preparation for the raid, after the start of the battle timer it will disappear.
  • The number of infected items required to complete the daily quest in the Adamantine Caves locations has been reduced from 7 to 4.
  • Fixed a number of errors in the notification center, due to which the system sent irrelevant or incorrect reminders.
  • The personal reward for fighting world bosses in the Adamantine Caves locations no longer disappears when changing location or character death, and can be collected within 24 hours from the moment the boss is defeated.
