The game was launch in Brazil a few weeks ago, lots of new players flock into it. Everyone wants to be part of a guild, and sure everyone looks for the tops. The problem is that the game is a few years old and there are a lot of dead guilds.

My proposal:

- Auto kick from a guild anyone that is offline for over 7 days. If the guy comes back, ask to join again.

- If the leader is removed 2 things happen:

1. The guild setup change to locked recruiting 

2. The second in command takes the leader

- If a guild has zero members it disapear

If the leader is inactive for a long time, then the players following in the rank will have the opportunity to remove him and take the leader rank.

Probably in the future there will be additional mechanics for working with such guilds, but I can’t say anything specific yet.
