Um parece um erro na tela, ajudem

Hello! this has been an issue for me since last month and still after the update I'm having connectivity issue on Android 13! I got 5G good speed and can play any other games without lag from connectivity/internet, but for this game the issue has not been solved! I'm getting disconnected like every 5 minutes into the game! Please look into the matter and bring stable update. P.S. I'm running other high fps game smoothly with the same device and network connection.

OK, so the bots on battlefield (royal battle) weren't great help before but at least they moved. They were too dumb to attack barrier even when the deadly fog was right behind them but AT LEAST THEY MOVED. They could attack each other bots and sometimes if you were VERY lucky - other players. But in the last battle they did NOTHING! literally nothing. The bot spawns and rage quits. The nickname becomes gray and the character just stands in one place. I know those were bots. No guild, name in latin letters and impossible to read gibberish. Those were definitely bots. And they weren't even moving. And it happened again and again. It was not a one-time bug. It happened …

So, I am an archer 21 level, and here are 2 BUGS I spotted recently. 1. Earlier before I had an issue a couple of times that I can't auto-attack the players in the arena for some reason, I thought it might be a disarm or something, but no, after respawn or a new round I couldn't auto-attack, even thought skills are working and summons auto-attacking. Only after completely closing a game and reloading back could fix the issue. Anyways I had it only 4-5 times. You might ask, why is it a beast problem? Босс в задании жучиный матриарх просто завис в одном месте и с ним ничего не сделать, урон на него отклоняется, сам он на атаки не реагирует и в итоге задание завершить невозможно.

Olá, meu nome é Wedson, ingame se chamo ARRO₩ vim percebendo que muitos jogadores alcançaram nível de 20 maestria rápido, algum por meio de Bots, auto click, auto Record click, queria pedir que no lançamento oficial do game vocês consertar isso, pois muitos jogadores usam, até yotube famoso já usaram e denunciaram ele e não aconteceu nada

Quando solicitar os dados pessoais no jogo e receber essa mensagem "Sua solicitação expirou. Envie uma nova solicitação de cliente do jogo no Meu perfil Dados particulares" por favor eu gostaria que meu progresso fosse salvo junto com meus personagens quando o jogo finalmente for lançado completo.
