My character named "Ashvone" has bugged matchmaking. I'm level 22 with 34k mastery. I queued like 10 times for arena and every single time, every other player(teammate and opponent) is 50k+ mastery. Can you please check my account and fix what's wrong? Because I can't even win a single match. 0 chances to spend my arena keys.

The behaviour of bots on arena can be best explained as "partially inactive". it means that they are not completely useless, as they move and use skills, but they don't use autoattacks. So an alchemist bot is still there to heal and shield you but it doesn't provide any firepower to the team. The bug was observed on lake of fire map. I don't know if it is the same on other arenas. Please check it. because bots are weak as is. Making them fight with their hands tied behind the back is even worse.

after the update, hunters consistently quit arena. not players hunters bu BOTS HUNTERS. Yes, this happens only with hunter bots. hunter bots go offline. The worst part is that it doesn't happen immediately. They begin match and quit in what looks like 30 seconds or so. very strange bug. And those are definitely bots. they are not in guild and they have gibberish names in latin letters

ok, this is unusual to have not one but two bugs related to one part of the game, but it happened. 1) First there were reports from players that arena is bugged in a way that they immediately lose a battle after the battle starts without even fighting the opposite team. This bug was probabilistic and occurred in about 10% cases. I didn't witness it myself but I saw a second bug which is 2) change of arena type before the cooldown for the current arena type reached zero. this bug appeared on arena after the update. Before the update during the prepare phase inside that small rectangle surrounded by fire you could tap on any place outside and your character would approach the border of a rectangle to the closest point to the area outside. after the update tapping outside of rectangle makes character ignore the command and stand in place even if the character is NOT at the edge of the rectangle. This is bad because you want to be at the edge of rectangle when it disappears so that you can charge into battle faster and get better control of the area. please fix this bug it is more annoying than you think

Today I went to the arena, and out of a sudden 1 of my enemies became a teammate, I screen proof attached We were only players, others were bots. It happened in the second match when only my enemy archer and tank left, the tank became my teammate and we couldn't attack each other. So I killed archer and we just waited till the end of the match

Я хил, мне и так не просто найти пати... но если раньше я играла в рэндом пати и хоть иногда выигрывала, то сейчас, при выборе рэндом пати, боты не воюют, просто стоят на месте. При такой ситуации , нет возможности выиграть и я потеряла кучу очков... исправьте пожалуйста в кратчайшие сроки, или я не вижу смысла продолжать играть в игру, в котором и так дичайший дисбаланс в сторону лучников!!! Hello, This was my last win to receive the last reward of League 1. I queued up as level 9 to arena and I got a battle, I switched one item inside the battle (waiting room) and I lvld up to 10. I won the battle but was unable to collect the last reward after the battle. This is unfair I was going to get a better weapon/shield so I feel like Im way behind when facing league 2. Picture attached. Is there any communication channel with Support other than Forum?

Hola, soy hispanohablante y voy 1 mes jugando con sombra/shadow y considero que es la clase más débil en pvp, soy lvl 16 y es muy difícil ganar las arenas, más difícil cuando tu equipo es de puros bots y todos se juntan para morir al mismo tiempo

on the abandoned range map it is possible to have a tie. the game will display the defeat message, but the score is not -18points. in fact this is the only way to get a score that is an odd number. can you fix the banner so that it shows correct amount of points awarded/withdrawn?

OK, this is a weird one. Observed on a graveyard arena. Mid fight one of the bots in my team stops fighting and just stands near re-spawn point at our base. I thought first it was a clone of the mage but no, that was an actual character. Completely inactive. I know this is a bot because of the time of the day (fewer players play at night and parties are filled with bots) and gibberish nickname (all bots have those and are not in guilds). This is a simple bug for leader board. It is supposed to show you players from a single league (your current league), but if another character levels up from 9 to 10 or from 13 to 14, he/she is still present in leader board of your league, although he/she has no right to be there. It is not a severe bug because leader board has no real effect unless it is the final league, but it should be fixed to encourage players close to top 10 to play a few more battles. Example: player Wrbraz is in second league leader board but he is lvl 14. There is something I don't understand and I don't know if it's working as intended. Inside the arena it shows different masteries for teammates than what it shows in the battle history, even my mastery is changing a bit.
